About Me
Faded Post-It, same goal.
Hi, I’m Preethi. I’ve always loved making things with my hands—these days, that looks like designing thoughtful, useful, and beautiful products.
I’m currently a Staff Product Designer at Included Health, where I work across both clinical and patient-facing experiences. Prior to this, I spent seven years leading Product Design for the member experience at Amazon One Medical, helping scale the team and craft more seamless, human-centered healthcare journeys.
Earlier in my career, I redesigned Slant, led mobile design at MobileIron (now Ivanti), and consulted for Target and Goldman Sachs. While I’ve worked across industries, healthcare is where I found my calling.
I studied Information Systems at Carnegie Mellon University and went on to earn my Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction there—where I first discovered the power of design to shape meaningful experiences.
Today, I focus on designing at the intersection of healthcare and technology. I care deeply about improving access, reducing costs, and creating better outcomes through thoughtful design. My work spans everything from patient care flows to foundational systems, always balancing craft and strategy to deliver impact.
I’m also passionate about building teams and growing designers. I’ve led and mentored across organizations, facilitated workshops, and helped elevate the quality of the experiences we bring into the world. My favorite part of the process is seeing ideas come to life in code—and evolve into products that truly make a difference.
Outside of design, I’m a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) focused on women’s health. I bring coaching principles into my design practice to foster empathy, clarity, and collaboration.
I’m based in Washington, D.C., and I recharge by painting or paddleboarding.
